In January 2026, a hacker used Disputifier's Shopify access to refund orders at its customers' stores. Predispute can't refund your customers.
Decide, $499 a month, tells you which disputes are worth fighting. Fight, $999 a month, also drafts the letter. You file it, and you keep everything you recover.
Measure is free: your dispute rate for Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover, worked out daily from your own orders.
Disputifier says an attacker took its Shopify access tokens. The attacker used them to refund orders on a handful of customers' stores. On Shopify, Predispute reads your orders and disputes. The only thing it can add is evidence to a dispute. On Stripe it only reads.
You keep the final say on every filing and every refund.
