These terms govern your use of the Predispute app. Installing or using it means you agree to them.
Predispute is operated by Andamento Advisors LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. These terms are a binding agreement between the firm and the business that installs the app. If you accept them for a business, you confirm you are authorized to do so.
Predispute estimates your dispute ratio against card-network thresholds, gives each dispute a fight, refund, or accept recommendation, flags orders that carry an active return alongside a chargeback or that form a run of three or more charges on one buyer inside a day, and reports outcomes. It reads your Shopify or Stripe data under the read-only scopes you grant at install.
The ratio is an estimate, not the figure a card network computes, and every verdict is a recommendation. Predispute reads your account and does not write to it: it submits no response, issues no refund and places no hold on either platform, so you act on each recommendation yourself through Shopify or Stripe. Which checks can run depends on the platform and on the data access it has granted, and the app states on the screen where a check cannot run.
Monitor is free. Resolve and Defend are flat monthly or annual subscriptions billed through Shopify Billing or Stripe Checkout, never as a percentage of what you recover. Annual billing takes three months off the year. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time. A Shopify plan is billed by Shopify and is cancelled in your Shopify admin. A Stripe plan is billed by Andamento through Stripe Checkout rather than inside your own Stripe account, so it does not appear in your Stripe billing settings; email predispute@andamentoadvisors.com and we will cancel it. Either way the plan runs to the end of the current term.
Keep your account and platform credentials secure, give the app accurate access, and use it only for your own business. Do not resell the service, reverse engineer it, or use it to break card-network rules or the law.
Issuing banks and card networks decide disputes and set their own program figures. Predispute does not control those decisions and does not guarantee any win rate, ratio, or recovery. The service is provided as a decision aid, not as legal or financial advice.
The app, its drafting and decisioning logic, and its brand are owned by Andamento Advisors LLC. Your store data remains yours; you grant us the limited license needed to run the service and to improve it using anonymized, aggregated data as described in the privacy policy.
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Andamento Advisors LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the service and uninstall the app at any time. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms or to comply with law. On termination, your store's data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes about them are resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court or as part of a class, except where the law does not allow it.
